Sreenivas is currently working at Alcatel-Lucent R&D and Product Development at its Naperville office. During his 13 years at Alcatel-Lucent he designed and developed many cutting edge products, also served as a point person for the company to help various carriers to deploy telecommunication products around the globe. Prior to his current assignment at Alcatel-Lucent, Sreenivas had served as Vice President of Management Information Systems at Group Insurance Administration-PPO, Inc. for 9 years, managing their IT and Development Departments.
Sreenivas has held many leadership positions in both professional and community based non-profit organization in which he demonstrated his passion and energy in advanced Asian American causes in particular and humanitarian causes in general.
As the President of 4A (Asian American Association for Advancement 4A; a 1,200 member employee business partner at Alcatel-Lucent), Sreenivas made this organization’s representation possible in every walk of Alcatel-Lucent’s activities and brought the needed funding to advance 4A‘s agenda. Sreenivas also serves as the president of speakers’ committee of Professional Development Day and Chairman of Asian American Heritage Month Celebration at Alcatel-Lucent Lisle/Naperville Campus.
Sreenivas is currently serving as a Director of Indo-American Community Services (IACS) and Chairman of IACS Job Fair. He is also serving as a Director of Indo-American Democratic Organization (IADO).
Sreenivas has earned his M.S. in Computer science from Northeastern University.
